Architectural Designer

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team in Lahore. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various residential and commercial projects. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and requires a valid biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences
- Develop detailed architectural plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create accurate and precise designs
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project feasibility
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance with local laws and client specifications
- Present design proposals to clients for approval
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are implemented correctly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
