Land Surveyor

The land surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements to determine boundaries, topography, and other features of land. They will use specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and aerial photography to gather data and create accurate maps and reports. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in using surveying software and tools. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members. This role may involve working in various weather conditions and terrain, so physical fitness is also important. A relevant degree or certification in surveying is preferred for this position.

The land surveyor will work closely with project managers to plan and execute surveys according to project requirements. They will also be responsible for keeping accurate records of all data collected during surveys and ensuring the proper maintenance of equipment. The candidate should have a strong understanding of land surveying principles, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
