We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team in Ufa. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing our current computer systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new technology solutions to enhance our efficiency and productivity.

Key responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough analysis of existing computer systems to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop technology solutions that address these needs
- Designing, configuring, and implementing new technology solutions to improve system functionality
- Testing and troubleshooting new systems to ensure they meet business requirements
- Creating detailed documentation and providing training for end-users on how to utilize new systems
- Monitoring system performance and making recommendations for optimizations as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst
- Strong understanding of computer systems, software development, and IT infrastructure
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python or C++
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in data
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Salary: 900$ per month

Location: Ufa (accommodation provided if needed)
