Job Title: Excavator Operator


We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Ufa. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as excavators to dig, lift, and move materials on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience operating excavators and a valid heavy equipment operator license.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator to dig trenches, foundations, and other structures according to project plans
- Maneuver excavator in tight or difficult spaces while maintaining safety standards
- Inspect equipment before use and report any issues or malfunctions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete daily logs and reports
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations on site

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating excavators on construction sites
- Valid heavy equipment operator license
- Good understanding of construction site safety protocols
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time
- High attention to detail and hand-eye coordination skills
