Team Lead - Acre, Egypt


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing team in Acre, Egypt. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, support and motivation
- Assign tasks and projects to team members based on their skills and expertise
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of projects
- Collaborate with other departments to develop strategies and plans for project execution
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with project deliverables
- Identify areas for improvement within the team and implement necessary changes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and completing projects on time
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Must be able to work full-time in Acre, Egypt

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with remote teams or cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of project management software such as Asana or Trello
