Part-Time Office Manager
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient part-time Office Manager to join our team in Lahore. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, including handling administrative tasks, organizing schedules, and maintaining office supplies. This role is suitable for someone without prior experience, as on-the-job training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Help plan and coordinate company events and meetings
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Urdu is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in an office setting is a plus but not required
Salary: 1600$ per month (pro-rated based on part-time hours)
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
