Office Manager (Part-Time)

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office in Lahore. You will work part-time, providing support to our team and ensuring the smooth running of our office. This position is suitable for men who are organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Keep track of employee attendance and vacation requests
- Assist in preparing reports and documents
- Maintain a clean and organized office space

Requirements:
- Previous experience in office management or administration preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this part-time position.

Location: This position is based in Lahore, Pakistan.
