Handyman for Maintenance and Repair - Moscow, Russia


We are in search of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in our facilities and properties. This includes but is not limited to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other general repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform basic repairs such as fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, and repairing drywall
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures
- Repair or replace plumbing fixtures such as toilets, sinks, and pipes
- Perform carpentry tasks such as building shelves or repairing furniture
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing repairs
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals is a plus
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
