Senior Architect


We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Izhevsk. This position is suitable for both Indian and foreign applicants who have fluency in English and possess the necessary experience.

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, create design proposals, and manage project timelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on commercial or residential projects. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals
- Create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and 3D models
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Lead a team of junior architects and provide guidance as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits during construction to ensure quality control

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is USD $1700 per month. Depending on experience and qualifications, there may be room for negotiation.

Location:
This job is located in Izhevsk. While we welcome applicants from all nationalities, having an existing visa that allows you to work in Russia is preferred.
