We are a well-established engineering company based in Beer-Sheva and we are currently seeking a skilled Turner to join our team. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines to create precision parts according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other machinery
- Study blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the best approach for creating the required part
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of dimensions
- Make adjustments as needed during the machining process
- Inspect finished parts for quality and make any necessary corrections
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Turner in an industrial setting
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Hebrew is a plus)
- Must be able to legally work in Israel (visa sponsorship available for non-Israeli nationals)
