We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office software
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for office staff
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or degree is a plus
- Prior experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $1400 per month
