Welder - Entry Level



We are hiring a Welder to join our team in Malindi! As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal structures, working with various welding techniques and tools. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Measure and mark cutting, bending, and welding lines
- Operate welding equipment to join or cut metal pieces
- Ensure all welds meet quality standards
- Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in welding preferred but not required
- Proficient in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
