Teamlead for Biometric Passport Project in the US


We are hiring a skilled Teamlead to oversee and manage our biometric passport project in the US. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and directing a team of professionals to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of this project.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals to design, develop, and implement the biometric passport project in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful completion within set deadlines and budget constraints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, risks, and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report on status updates to stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including assigning tasks, conducting performance evaluations, and providing training as needed
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or Project Manager in software development projects
- Strong understanding of biometric technology
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively lead a team
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to travel within the US as needed

Salary: $900 per month (contract job)

Location: US (preference for candidates who are already located in or willing to relocate to the US)
