Architecture Manager



The Architecture Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects in Wiltz. They will work closely with a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate should have experience in project management and a strong understanding of architectural principles.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the design and construction process of architectural projects
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timelines are met
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans
- Review and approve all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Develop strategies for improving efficiency in the design and construction process
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or project management
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, regulations, and standards
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and teams on large-scale projects
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a team and communicate with clients
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Biometric passport for international travel may be required
