We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our dynamic team in Wiltz. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. Your duties will include developing project plans, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring quality control throughout the project. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in project management, and excellent leadership and communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and ensure that all design requirements are met
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure efficient use of resources
- Oversee the development of detailed architectural drawings and specifications
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality control
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with all team members to keep them informed of project status
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects on the team
- Identify potential risks or issues during the project lifecycle and develop solutions to address them

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management
- Knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar programs
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
