We are currently hiring for the position of Architectural Technologist in the city of Chelyabinsk, Russia. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$ per month. We welcome Filipino applicants for this role, and English language skills are not required. However, previous experience in architecture is necessary.

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural plans and drawings for construction projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure that designs are accurate, efficient, and meet all relevant codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and construction plans.
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models of buildings.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Conduct site visits to gather information for projects.
- Review project plans for accuracy and compliance with building codes.
- Communicate regularly with project managers to provide updates on progress.

Requirements:
- Biometric passport or Russian citizenship preferred.
- Previous experience working in architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis.
