Architectural Technologist


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for building projects. This role requires extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations, as well as strong technical skills in computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed design plans for construction projects
- Ensure all drawings and plans comply with relevant building codes and regulations
- Use CAD software to create accurate technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections
- Prepare specifications and material lists for construction projects
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project progress
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address any technical issues or changes in the design plans
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations in Russia
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this position.
