Information Technology Manager


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Information Technology Manager to join our dynamic team in Sheduva. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team of IT professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support business objectives
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department
- Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to existing systems
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management role
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, network systems, and cybersecurity
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with budgeting and project management
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in information technology

Salary: 1700$
Location: Sheduva (Candidates from India preferred)
