Hotel Sales Manager - Kaunas, Lithuania

We are seeking a talented and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in the beautiful city of Kaunas, Lithuania. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue and drive business growth. Your main duties will include identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, building strong relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies, and coordinating with various departments within the hotel to ensure a seamless guest experience.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales management and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the local market and fluency in English are also required.
