A well-established bakery in Albena, Bulgaria is seeking an experienced Indian Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods and pastries according to traditional Indian recipes. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$. We are looking for someone who has experience in making traditional Indian breads, sweets, and snacks. You must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality or have extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional Baker
- Knowledge of traditional Indian baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of breads, sweets, and snacks according to traditional Indian recipes
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately according to recipes
- Monitor baking process and adjust oven temperatures as needed
- Decorate cakes and pastries with creative designs using icing, toppings, etc.
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards before serving or packaging for sale
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Maintain inventory levels and inform management when ingredients need restocking
