Baker for a Bakery in Albena, Bulgaria



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our bakery located in the beautiful coastal city of Albena, Bulgaria. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to traditional recipes and our customers' preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs by measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes
- Shape dough into loaves or rolls before baking them in ovens
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust them as needed
- Decorate cakes and pastries with icings, glazes, fruits, etc.
- Ensure all baked goods are properly labeled and packaged for display or sale
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment at all times
- Order necessary ingredients and supplies to maintain stock levels

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker in a professional setting
- Knowledge of traditional baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Bulgarian is an advantage)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this full-time position.

Contract Job:
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.
