Part-Time Barista


We are looking for a skilled and friendly Part-Time Barista to join our team at a busy coffee shop in Faisalabad. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages according to customer's preferences
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients and allergens
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions or concerns
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Keep work area clean, sanitized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Upsell menu items to increase sales revenue
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is a plus
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.
