Senior Architect

We are hiring a Senior Architect to join our fast-paced and dynamic team in Vianden. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and design, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design process from conception to completion, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time. You will also collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that project goals and objectives are met. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A biometric passport is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the design process from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
- Conduct site visits to review progress and address any issues that may arise
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, plans, and specifications
- Review building codes, zoning laws, regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate project updates and progress reports to stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, regulations
and legal requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Biometric passport required.
