Heavy Equipment Operator
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders, to move materials and perform construction tasks. Your main duties will include inspecting equipment before and after use, operating controls to move or adjust equipment, and maintaining a safe work environment by following all safety procedures.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment and possess a valid driver's license. Experience with construction projects and knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques are also required. Additionally, you must be able to work independently as well as part of a team and have good communication skills.

This is a physically demanding job that may require lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various weather conditions. The ability to follow instructions accurately, pay attention to detail, and make quick decisions is essential. As an Equipment Operator, we expect you to be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
