Civil Engineer - Infrastructure Development Specialist (Washington, USA)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Washington, USA. As an Infrastructure Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various civil engineering projects, such as roads, bridges, and buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and blueprints in accordance with client requirements and local regulations.
- Conduct site investigations to gather information for project design.
- Prepare cost estimates and budget proposals.
- Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design plans and safety standards.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
- Conduct quality control checks on materials used in construction.
- Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in infrastructure development projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and other professionals.
