Our body repair shop in Akron is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This role requires extensive knowledge of automotive body repair techniques, including dent removal, frame straightening, and paintwork.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and determine the best repair method
- Perform body repairs, including welding, sanding, and painting
- Straighten bent frames and panels using specialized equipment
- Replace damaged parts as needed
- Ensure all repairs meet industry standards and customer satisfaction
- Keep detailed records of all work performed and materials used
- Collaborate with other team members to complete repairs in a timely manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience in automotive body repair
- Extensive knowledge of various body repair techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Ability to use specialized equipment for frame straightening and dent removal
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills with team members and customers
