Office Administrator
The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and administrative tasks in our Mecca office. This position is open to Filipinos, Kenyans, and other English-speaking candidates. This is a part-time role that does not require previous experience or accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients, both in person and over the phone
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members as needed
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Fluent English language skills; knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in an administrative role is a plus but not required
Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.
Location:
This role will be based in our Mecca office.
