Welder for Fabrication Company in Muscat, Oman

Our fabrication company in Muscat, Oman is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in welding and fabrication. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and joining metal parts and structures according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and other plans to determine the layout and specifications of the job
- Select appropriate welding equipment and materials based on the requirements of the project
- Clean, prepare, and inspect metal surfaces for welding
- Set up and operate welding equipment to join metal parts together
- Monitor welding operations to ensure quality and consistency
- Repair any defective welds or structures as needed
- Follow all safety precautions and regulations while working with hot metals and machinery
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven experience as a Welder or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different welding techniques, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and other plans accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under pressure
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination with good manual dexterity

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
