Entry Level Carpenter

We are hiring an Entry Level Carpenter to join our team in Vianden. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. You will work on a variety of projects including building frameworks, partitions, stairs, and window frames.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine dimensions and materials needed
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using tape measures, rulers, or squares
- Cut materials to specified measurements using hand tools or power saws
- Assemble and fasten materials together using nails, screws, staples or adhesives
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings and trim according to specifications
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures
- Finish surfaces by sanding or sealing to prepare them for painting or staining
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in carpentry is preferred but not necessary
- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in carpentry work
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Good time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Vianden (Candidates from India preferred)

This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday-Friday. As an Entry Level Carpenter, you will receive training from experienced carpenters on the job. We also offer opportunities for career growth within our company.
