Part-Time Moderator in Faro


We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Moderator in Faro. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring online discussions and conversations, ensuring that they adhere to our company's guidelines and policies. You will also be responsible for handling user inquiries and resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.

This position is suitable for men who have strong communication skills and are able to work independently. Previous experience in moderation or customer service is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to ensure you have a thorough understanding of our company's guidelines and policies.

As a part-time moderator, you will work approximately 20 hours per week with a salary of 1200$. The hours are flexible and can be adjusted based on your schedule. However, you will be required to be available for some evening and weekend shifts.

In this role, attention to detail is crucial as you will need to proactively identify and address any inappropriate content or behavior within the online community. You must also possess excellent problem-solving skills to effectively handle any conflicts or issues that may arise.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is organized, proactive, and able to work efficiently under pressure. In addition, we are looking for individuals who are fluent in English (both written and verbal) with strong computer skills.
