We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team in Ufa, Russia. We are looking for an Indian national with a biometric passport who is able to communicate effectively in Russian. This is a contract position with a monthly salary of $1000 USD and accommodation provided.

As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all tools and equipment are sanitized after each use.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working as a Barber, with knowledge of various cutting and styling techniques. You should also have excellent customer service skills and be able to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients
- Consult with clients on their desired look and offer recommendations
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Sanitize tools and equipment after each use
- Maintain inventory of supplies and inform management when items need to be restocked
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barber
- Knowledge of various cutting and styling techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in Russian (English proficiency is not required)
- Biometric passport (Indian nationality preferred)
- Willingness to work in Ufa on a contract basis with accommodation provided
