A high-end barbershop in Ufa is seeking an experienced Barber to join our team. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair cutting and styling services to our clients. You must have a minimum of 2 years experience working as a Barber in a professional setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for men's grooming.

Responsibilities:

- Greet clients and provide consultations to determine their desired style
- Perform various hair cutting and styling techniques, including fades, trims, and beard grooming
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station
- Recommend and sell hair care products to clients
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in men's grooming

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years experience working as a Barber in a professional setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of various hair cutting and styling techniques for men
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must have authorization to work in Ufa without sponsorship

We offer competitive salary of 1000$ per month, plus tips. This is a full-time position with flexible shifts available. Our barbershop caters primarily to English-speaking clients, so fluency in English is preferred. Accommodation will not be provided, so this position is best suited for those already residing in Ufa.
