We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our customers. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:
- Provide haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services to customers
- Listen to customer requests and offer professional advice on styling options
- Keep the shop clean and organized at all times
- Maintain knowledge of current trends in men's grooming and hair care products
- Build relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage return visits
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records of sales

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barber or hairstylist
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well with a diverse clientele
- Knowledge of different hair types and textures
- Understanding of current men's grooming trends and techniques
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Salary:
We are offering a salary of $1000 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Ufa, Russia. While fluency in English is not required, knowledge of Russian is preferred.
