Part-Time Administrative Assistant

We are currently hiring a part-time Administrative Assistant for our company located in Beer-Sheva. The ideal candidate should be an Indian national with a valid biometric passport and able to work without English proficiency. This is a great opportunity for students or those without previous experience looking to gain administrative skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents
- Assist with data entry and maintaining records
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
- Support the team with any ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with a valid biometric passport
- Ability to work without English proficiency
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications

Salary: $1200 per month (based on part-time hours)
