Data Analytics Specialist

As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and providing insights to drive business decisions. You will work with various stakeholders to identify key metrics and trends, as well as develop strategies for data collection, management, and analysis. Your expertise in statistical analysis, data visualization, and predictive modeling will be crucial in identifying opportunities for improvement and driving company growth. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods such as regression and clustering
- Develop and implement data collection processes to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and trends
- Use predictive modeling techniques to forecast future outcomes
- Identify areas for improvement in data collection, storage, and usage
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics or related role
- Proficient in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Knowledge of statistical methods such as regression analysis, clustering, time series forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Location: Utena - This position is open for candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Utena.

Salary: $1200 per month
