Instrument Technician - Bungoma, India


We are searching for a skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Bungoma. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of instruments used in industrial processes. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong technical skills. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair various types of instruments such as pressure gauges, thermometers, flow meters, and level indicators
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure instruments are functioning correctly and make necessary adjustments or repairs as needed
- Troubleshoot instrument malfunctions and identify solutions to resolve issues
- Calibrate instruments according to established standards
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to management
- Comply with safety regulations and company policies at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation principles and systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment

Preferences:
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Experience working on contract jobs
- Prior experience working without accommodation
