Power Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Power Engineer to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Power Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining power systems for various projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in power engineering and possess strong technical skills. This is a contract job with a salary of $1800 per month. Accommodation will be provided and candidates must have their own visa for working in Kenya.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing power systems for various projects
- Conducting site surveys to assess power needs and requirements
- Developing cost estimates and proposals for clients
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues with power systems
- Maintaining accurate records of all work performed
- Collaborating with other engineers to optimize system design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in power engineering
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Proficient in using computer aided design (CAD) software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis
- Experience working with projects in Kenya or similar environments preferred
