Teamlead (Part-time, English speaking)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our team in Utena. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing a team of individuals and ensuring the successful completion of projects. This position is part-time and open to candidates of Indian nationality.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to achieve project goals and objectives
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure project satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects
- Provide training and support to team members as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques is preferred
- Must be able to work part-time hours in Utena without experience
