Online Tutor for English Language Learners (Utena, Lithuania)

As an Online Tutor for English Language Learners in Utena, Lithuania, you will be responsible for providing high-quality English language instruction to students from various African and Filipino backgrounds. You will use a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage students in interactive and personalized learning experiences. This full-time position does not require English proficiency and does not include accommodation.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong passion for teaching and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of your students. You must also possess excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Responsibilities:
- Create lesson plans and curriculum based on the needs of individual students
- Conduct online classes using video conferencing tools
- Provide timely feedback and assessments to students
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve teaching methods and materials
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language
- Strong understanding of language learning theories and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Lithuanian
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms is preferred
