Experienced Truck Driver

As an experienced truck driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods from one location to another. You will be required to have a valid commercial driver's license and a clean driving record. Your main duties will include loading and unloading cargo, planning and following the most efficient routes, maintaining accurate records of deliveries, and performing regular vehicle inspections. You must also have strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck driver, preferably in long-haul transportation. You must also possess excellent driving skills, including the ability to operate different types of trucks and navigate various road conditions. Attention to detail is crucial in this position as well as the ability to work independently and follow strict safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

- Transport goods from one location to another safely and efficiently
- Load and unload cargo using proper equipment
- Plan routes accordingly for timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and invoices
- Communicate effectively with clients, dispatchers and team members
- Perform regular vehicle inspections and report any issues or malfunctions immediately
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the road

Requirements:

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck driver
- Clean driving record
- Ability to operate different types of trucks (e.g. flatbed, refrigerated)
