Job Title: Part-Time Sales Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Part-Time Sales Manager to join our team in Isa Town. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company objectives
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives
- Monitor individual and team performance to ensure goals are met
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients
- Prepare regular sales reports for management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry developments and changes in customer needs

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards meeting targets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)

Salary: $1700 per month (based on experience)
Location: Isa Town (open to candidates from all countries)
