We are in search of a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and driving revenue growth for our company. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$, suitable for men with a biometric passport.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and increase market share
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (experience in Bahrain is an advantage)
