Junior Commercial Architect

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Remish. As a commercial architect, you will be responsible for designing and creating functional and aesthetically pleasing commercial spaces such as offices, retail stores, and restaurants. This position is open to Indian nationals who have a passion for architecture and are looking to gain experience in the field. No prior experience is required, but candidates must possess a biometric passport and be willing to relocate to Remish. Accommodation will be provided by the company.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial spaces
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Select materials and finishes that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think creatively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1000 per month
