Junior Commercial Architect

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Remish. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial projects, collaborating with a team of experienced architects and designers. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and coordination of commercial projects
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits and participate in client meetings to gather project requirements
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative and functional design solutions
- Communicate with contractors and vendors to ensure project specifications are met
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

City: This position is based in Remish.

Experience: No prior experience is required for this role. However, some experience in an architectural firm or internships will be considered an advantage.
