Courier Supervisor



We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Courier Supervisor to join our growing team in Vilnius. As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our courier services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages to our clients. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in courier services and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the courier team, including assigning routes and tracking deliveries
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed by the couriers
- Train new couriers on company processes and safety protocols
- Monitor and maintain the quality of service provided by the couriers
- Handle customer complaints or concerns related to delivery services
- Keep track of inventory levels and order necessary supplies for the courier team
- Create and maintain schedules for courier shifts
- Conduct performance evaluations for couriers and provide feedback as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the courier industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus

Salary: $1200 per month.

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania.

Preference will be given to Indian nationals.

This is a full-time position without accommodation. Visa sponsorship will be provided.
