Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Funchal. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients with their computer systems and software. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of computer hardware and software.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Train clients on how to use new technology or software
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Adept at problem-solving and troubleshooting technical issues
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: 1000$ per month (without accommodation)
Location: Funchal, Portugal
