We are urgently hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Almada. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your main duties will include managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting in daily office needs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office. Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.
