Architecture Manager

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Architecture Manager to join our team in Utena. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from conception to completion. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources while ensuring that all designs meet quality standards and adhere to building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the architecture team
- Oversee the design process and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review project proposals and make recommendations for improvements or changes
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Develop strategies for maintaining high-quality design standards across all projects
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to enhance design processes
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Utena, Lithuania
