Nurse for Full-Time Position in Eldoret, Kenya



We are currently seeking a qualified and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and document all observations and interventions
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, medications, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate patient records and complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license from the appropriate regulatory body
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse in a clinical setting
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong critical thinking skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month based on qualifications and experience.

This position is located in Eldoret, Kenya.
