Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and customers. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, provide guidance on system usage, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or chat
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner
- Provide guidance on system usage, installation, and configuration
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department for resolution
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in our database
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures
- Stay updated on new technologies, products, and services to better assist customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
- Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
This is an urgent job opportunity with a salary of 1600$ per month without accommodation. Candidates must have their own visa for working in Portugal.
